On October 26, 2020 on this brisk evening in Chicago the ripples of  tradition shall continue as  Justice Barrett commands respect, accepting the oath in this 115 Senate Election. What a moment to just witness this historical event as Justice Clarence Thomas  administrated our constitutional oath with President Donald Trump showing support for his Nominee.   

Trouble has came in all directions for Justice Barrett and tonight, a victory has taken place.  The time has come to witness  and watch history unfold and watch the Decorates cry foul because some of them my worship Satin. They Hate God, They hate Justice Barrett and they had the American way. But at 48-years of age, there is a good chance that Barrett will stay on the bench for a very long time. 

This has been a major victory not only for women, but also commemorates the 100 Anniversary of Woman's Right to Vote and Justice Amy Coney Barrett 52 Yeh/ 48 NA vote was worth celebrating. Barrett will rule with an Iron Fist and she is  so Right, that she will never be wrong. I Love and  respect our new Justice and as a Scala Disciple,  she will be though when it comes to the law. "The rule of law must control." Justice Barrett states, speaking with conviction behind each word. What a remarkable individual, I think and it's good to see strong leadership once again. 

There's an old joke among the Chief Justice that life is there sentence and it's not popular in the prison population. I got my ass whipped once in jail for talking shit telling that joke to wrong inmate and some would say I've sabotaged myself many times without thinking. But Fuck All That!    

November 10, 2020 is the ACA Case and it's time to hit the ground running as Justice Barrett will be short on words regarding this matter. This was a great honor covering this even tonight and I wish that I was in Washington DC.  Furthermore, so many great things can be said about Barrett's career and I wish her well in serving the American people. The Boogie Man is not get anyone and, one part of many parts of the law can stay in place. I am sure that Barrett will get right to work on this case. 

  

Love, War & Insomnia

The blood sport of politics has plagued our minds with fear and hatred toward each other since our last general election held on November 8th 2016.  I've been up for 26 hours with no sleep full of worry about our nation and how much damage has been done with this CV-19 Hoax. The Corona virus is real, don't get me wrong. However, even the Day traders in Portland can smell the foul stench from these Whore-beast that dictate our lives and now I can't fucking sleep over this nonsense. 

My mind is a bit fuzzy with sharp details and nothing good has ever happen to me during the month of November. This month has always brought horrible grief and I know in my heart that next year will be no different as my friends and family continue to humiliate me behind my back, laughing like a pack of wild Hyenas. But never mind all that. There's work to be done! 

Facebook as robbed us of our freedom of speech, and placed many of in some kind of Face Book jail without a fair trial or due possess from the court. Everyone is guilty on this social network and some have done 30 day bits just for expressing the truth. I have no examples at the moment, because my brain is mush right now.  Perhaps I have blocked these events from my memory, but in truth I am romantic by nature and that may creep some of you out just a little. Romance is dead in this country and finding true love was yesterday's dream. 

Enclosing, my eyes are getting heavy and as the Sun is trying fight the clouds at the moment and it's time to put these story to rest. The Great Ozzy Osborne once say, "We should learn how to love and forget how to hate." As for myself, it's victory or death in this crazy world of Doom. Madam Secretary Kayleigh McEnany Test Positive!

Monday was another bad night for watching the news. Our beloved Madam Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany was quoted saying
that she had tested positive for the Corona Virus on October 05, 2020. My heart is feeling heavy for Mrs. McEnany and her husband Sean and their daughter Blake. These are hard times for everyone, and now this leader of truth must face the mandatory 14 day lock down. After McEnany diagnosis came in from CBS News Washington, from this jungle snake named, Ben Tracy. Good old Ben, Mr. Silver Spoon himself, telling the American people that he would rather do his reporting in North Korea, where it much safer and believes the whole thing is crazy. He may have point. However, no one wants an AR-15 pointed at there heads during and 16 hour work shift. 

It's hard to speculate where Madam Press Secretary McEnany may have gotten the virus, but I believe these blood thirsty jackals did not follow the 6 foot compliance rule and gave McEnany this sickness just for that  Hot Scoop about President Donald  J. Trump. He too was test for the Corona Virus and our country is going crazy during this 2020 election. For the record, I am weeping right now for our Madam Press Secretary and wish her a speedy recovery. Like the Secret Service to the President. I would give my own life to protect our Madam Secretary and walk through fire should she ask of my help. She is far to valuable to be in the mandatory lock down inside the Kingdom of Fear and all I feel is sorrow for Kayleigh McEnany on this brisk October evening.    

 Dangerous media creeps are everywhere, and our only hope is to neutralize them with extreme prejudices. These rat bastards that want to live in North Korea have taken there shot, now it our turn. I pity the Jungle Snakes that wish to harm us with venomous lies and bad mouth this country like some 1960's fucking hippy. How Dare you Sir! Mr. Tracy needs to have a little more respect for our country and the folks looking after the hard issues was must face. If Ben Tracy had it his way, all of us would be working in some labor camp picking corn or growing beans. Fuck Him and his media credentials. Piss on that turd!! 

I never had any respect for no damn Press Secretary up until the year 2020. This was the first time in my life when I shed a tear for a complete stranger on television when I discovered the awful news after work today. McEnany is the best Dragon Lady I know qualified to fight the three headed snake only few of us know about. Full of fire and bright wit,  Madam Press Secretary McEnany is the Real Deal and I can say that with a straight face because I have seen America. Our founding fathers George Washington and Thomas Jefferson would be rolling around in their graves with all this nonsense and from the bottom of my heat, I wish Madam Secretary a quick and healthy recovery.

                    The new dumb has finally arrived, and many Americans were deeply engrossed by the spectacle they witnessed  last night on Live television. Both Donald J. Trump and Joe Biden are dangerously stupid men filled with dark vices and evil dreams of control. Chris Wallace was the moderator for this runaway fright train, blazing with fire and dynamite with no breaks. Beyond the desire to cripple our economy, Presidential Trump and Joe Biden looked like two little children fighting over their favorite toy as they both bickered over Gun Control, Police Reform and Four Trillion Dollars in New Taxes. 

                    Hell, I am full of political opinions today and these two Bozos have stolen the Circus. They are both crazy with greed, trying to steal The White House.  These men should be put on trial for treason for what they have done to this country and shot in face on the West Wing lawn by a firing squad. But that is just another wet dream and that kind of talk will have people asking questions.One question was ending the Filibusterer, and Sleepy Joe just recommend everyone should  to get out there and vote, with no logical answer and dodging the question.  President Donald Trump's response  was '47 years in office and you got nothing Joe.' 

                    When the COVID-19 question; and trust issues had been mentioned, again Biden had nothing regarding testing. Yet,  over 200,000 people that have died from this deadly virus. 40,000 people a day contracts COVID-19" explained Biden. Afterward, Sleepy Joe started finger pointing with a do nothing answer to our world health crisis. President Donald Trump suggested that millions of Americans would have died if Biden was in office and again nothing was resolved. 

                    And so much for that, eh? I missed the the old boring debates when Bernard Shaw moderated the 1988 Presidential debates with George H. Bush and Michael Dukais. Shaw smoked that fool, Dukais with the death penalty question. That was great journalism back then and I was impressed with Mr. Shaw and that was the day I want to become a journalist. Only to have the authority to ask questions to our world leaders. But that's all changed now, as only five media giants control our source of information. I take no pleasure in bring the bad news to the digital age and long list of losers will continue to plague our society with this adolescent behavior as grown-ass men fighting for their own ego to become great. As Mairo Puzo once said, " Great men are not born, they grow great." These are not great men, they are like dog shit, ready to dry up and blow away.

There was an eerie strangeness at the United States Supreme Court last week when Ruth Bader Ginsburg laid to rest at our Nation's Capitol. This was extremely heavy news in the media as Democrats and Republicans fight like the Devil to fill that Supreme Court vacancy to secure America's future. There is no real Congress anymore, at least not the way we once knew it not so long ago. And weather you support the Left Wing or the Right Wing, we are still flying that same eagle of liberty.                 

Faith, family and law are Judge Berrett's strong attributes and with her strong Conservative views, her vision of American justice will help shape this country back into the right direction. After serving as a former law clerk to the late Antonin Scalla,  Barrett found employment as federal appellate judge and is a law professor at Notre Dame University. But that wisdom will not be much comfort to the babies being born tomorrow and with abortion as a hot topic, the democrats will try and sabotage President Donald Trump's top pick for this short list of future prospects. Ah yes. The good old Roe vs. Wade argument. This case has always been a dirty trick up the sleeves or our slave masters and not once did the democrats bring up the Dred Scott case in 1856 nor Godzilla vs. Rock-a-Saurios back in 1997 when the Court agreed to settle a dispute between these two MAGA Monsters. In a 7-2 decision, the Court found Rock-a-Saurios and his  Heavy Metal thunder did not violated Godzilla's civil rights. Frustrated by the court's decision, Godzilla went to China to create the Corona Virus and to kill off mankind for good.                       

Nevertheless, the Democrats have become vermin and have been paid very well to harass, interrogate and question a person's moral compass. You'll never see a penny of that money and getting on television to voice your opinion has become a long shot. But, never mind all that.  I like Judge Amy Coney Barrett and that fact that our new Emperor, Donald J. Trump had nominated Judge Barrett last Saturday for the Seven Circuit US Court of Appeals. However, the Democrats are not happy with that decision and wish to destroy the American dream. 

If the Liberal establishment had their choice to nominate a seat at the US Supreme Court would be ether former First Lady, Michelle LaVaughn Robinson Obama or Judge Judy Sheindlin and both are worthy to teach all of us a very valuable lesson about the law. I too, have studied law and have made many court appearances in my lifetime. And from what I understand, there needs to be a vote be cast by the Senate before Barrett's victory. After reviewing other potential nominees in the past  such as  John Rutledge (George Washington 1795) George "The Iceman" Gervin (Jimmy Carter 1978) and  Robert Bork (Ronald Reagan 1987) had all been rejected for their lack of legal experience. Yet, this 48-year old Federal Judge, Amy Coney Barrett is indeed the person for this position of power and will continue to uphold the US Constitution at all cost. 

Furthermore, I strongly disagree with Dr. Paul M. Lisnek from WGN News television about Judge Berrette's nomination to the US Supreme Court. In truth, Amy Coney Berrett is the right choice for the American people and Dr. Lisnek is perhaps out of touch touch with his television audience and reeks with bad Karma. When failure becomes the new normal in your life and your employment, we can thank the good doctor for creating more mental illness with all that gibber-jabber seeping out of his mouth like a sewer full of misinformation.   Beware of these talking heads and Warmongers. They could give a rat's ass if you live or die. They are only about the numbers and wish to sell us a bag full of Lies & Fear. They are in this big game only to become richer at our expense. 

 Enclosing, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg stated, "Women will only have true equality when men share the same responsibility of bring up the next generation."  The sad part about this country is that people know more about the nine charterers on Sesame Street then they do about our nine appointed members of the Supreme Court. Too me, that is unacceptable and we must focus on our own pursuit of happiness.

Time has felt like a thousand centuries ago when I first started my Facebook account. Since then, I have traveled across silent lonesome deserts, beautiful ocean side landscapes and busy metropolis systems. In 2013, a suicidal mistake was made during my long career as an over-the-road commercial truck driver and I received a DUI by the Tree Police at Bunker Hill. 

That event took a toll on my mental health and a world of darkness had consumed my bright, positive energy. There is not a day that goes by where I just want to end my life and leave this awful world once in for all. However, there are 480 reasons why I stick around and endure such mental anguish and harsh judgement from a callous society. The first reason why I don't check out of this Hell Hole, is my mother Rebecca Witherington. This selfish act would destroy her and no one should have to bury their own children. It's not right, and then I think about my life-long friends Dave & Janie Bavido when they laid their daughter Dinaeh to rest on January 13, 2017. I wept like some grandmother at her wake and had glanced at her younger brother Joe Crawford with sadness and despair for his older sister. 

So, here are my 480 reasons why I am still here on Earth, and I love you equally in this cruel and wicked place we call home. Next, I think about my number one reader and life-long friend Patti Tribuzio that  has always share her valued opinion on my articles. She is filled with goodness and is a generous person to everyone that engages in her company. Patti is a terrific human being and has helped me keep myself together. Another factor is a dear friend whom I have cherished during my adolescent days named Pamela Sylvander-Lucero. I blush like some school boy when she calls me her "Hot Toddy" and I feel giddy inside. At one time, Pam and I were a teenage item together hanging out a the local swimming pool near California & Irving Park Rd. There was much for me to learn about girls at the time, and now I am learning more about women and how they think. The last time I saw Pam before Facebook, was at the Thirsty Whale when she stopped to say hello. I thought about our short-lived relationship and walked home alone in the rain down River Road and how I failed myself being a man.

I am no stranger to depression and when shit gets real and too much to deal with, I have reached out to my good friends John Dent & Bill Swanson for emotional support with private messages. They know as much, if not more then my three ex-girlfriends about my emotional stability and they have not condemned or passed judgment on the insanity that I must face each and every day. These are good men, with good families and cherish their friendship. They have saved my life many times and I am forever grateful to these outstanding individualizes. And how can I forget about Ken Kope, the salt of the Earth. 

Everyone knows Ken Kope, but what they don't know are all times he has bailed me out of trouble. From collect calls in jail, lending me money to go to court and countless times coming to my aid or comfort at the homeless shelter. He is a solid motherfucker and I am lucky to have Ken Kope as a life-long friend. For me, friendship is everything. It's more valuable then gold, silver and other worldly possessions. Today, I wish to thank all of my friends for keeping me alive during these harder times that we must face together. And now, each Friday from this day forward, I will write a small biography for my friend of the week. You Guys RULE, and again, thanks for keeping me alive today!

The 911 Report For The Year 2020

            In times like these when our trumpets howl for blood and more violence, I think about my good friend Vincent Ochwat and wounder how he may have investigated these tragic events that happened nineteen years ago this week..  Good old Vince, A.K.A The Big V. He has the zealot for victory, and his hunger for world travel is pure. I was pleased to see him return home safe from his long voyage and then the travel ban started.   

            Nevertheless, I have put some time into my own research and discovered that steel-corroding chemicals caused a exothermic reaction when flight 11 hit the WTC at 8:46 AM. You see, aircraft is made of aluminium and once it reaches 1000 degrees Fahrenheit the structure turns into liquid metal. Once  water comes into contact, such as fire sprinkler systems, the water molecules recombined, thus causing an explosive amount of energy.  

i.e. AL + H²O = AL² O³ + H² = You're Fucked! 

           Now that we have solved the puzzle to this complex the problem, we can now focus our attention on the many harsh lessons learned about the Untied States Government. There's an eerie sense of panic  in the atmosphere  and they seem to like it that way.  As people leaped to their deaths below, 38,000 tons of twisted metal came buckling down like a pancake. Those tumbling through the air had prompted a woman to cry out, "God! Save their souls, they're jumping! Oh, please God!

 Save their souls!"  It took less then 13 seconds for the North Tower to crumble and only 11 seconds before the South Tower was reduced to steel and ruble. This deliberate action had begun the suicidal collapse of our American empire. 

            Greed has plagued this great Nation and like many other empires, corruption had been the root cause that destroyed many civilizations. There is a pattern emerging and with COVID-19 taking place we are looking at another seven years before there is a vaccine. By then, it will be too late and the Middle class will cease to exist by the year 2027. How long, oh lord must the working poor suffer? Just how low do we need to sink before the voter grows a brain and is tired of being robbed by these greasy fisted politicians? These morbid observations are just the beginning as people are sick of being sick all the time.        

            The time has come to look in your own review mirror and social distance ourselves from the media. News Networks are the true virus as they spin hate and miss-information only to confuse the public. If we knew real truth, the White House would have been burned to the ground years ago. But that's just crazy talk and that kind of jibber-jabber will land you in FaceBook jail for 30 days. Free speech is dead in this country and removing MEMES is the same as burning books if you ask this outlaw journalist. And so much for that, eh? The Third Reich as arrived and they're coming for your Flags, Statues and Guns. With fear, the establishment can control you. With panic, the media can control how folks spend their money, and calculating this mathematical equation, there is no victory for years to come.
